Job Overview & Work Site

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operational Assistant to support our VP of Operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare operations, administration, or medical billing. You will be instrumental in keeping our executive team organized and efficient while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the VP of Operations with daily operational oversight.
  • Perform data entry and assist in maintaining internal billing records and tracking systems
  • Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and tools to improve team efficiency.
  • Organize and manage meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items for operational leadership meetings.
  • Support onboarding for new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help improve workflows and resolve process bottlenecks.

License & Experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn about medical billing processes, compliance, and healthcare operations.
  • High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the physical therapy or broader healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management concepts and workflows.
