About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Sales to drive new business development and expand our footprint in the physical therapy outpatient market across the United States. This individual will be responsible for selling our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to independent clinics, regional groups, and enterprise-level physical therapy organizations. This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying client pain points and aligning our services to solve operational and financial challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Package
The compensation package is a combination of Base Salary and Commission/Bonus. The compensation package will consider factors including:
Compensation Range: $60,000-$120,000
Commission/Variable Pay:
Commission is calculated at a % of the MBC revenue earned in the first 12-months by a new client generated through direct sales efforts. Commission is paid quarterly and is uncapped.
