About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Sales to drive new business development and expand our footprint in the physical therapy outpatient market across the United States. This individual will be responsible for selling our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to independent clinics, regional groups, and enterprise-level physical therapy organizations. This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying client pain points and aligning our services to solve operational and financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with outpatient physical therapy clinics
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver compelling solution presentations and product demos
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Develop a strong understanding of our RCM solutions, including billing, claims management, and denial resolution services, insurance verification, and credentialing
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of outsourcing RCM and how our services can improve their cash flow, reduce administrative burden, and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize lead generation and outreach strategies
  • Attend industry trade shows, virtual conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Compensation Package

The compensation package is a combination of Base Salary and Commission/Bonus.  The compensation package will consider factors including:

 

  • Depth of healthcare/RCM sales experience
  • Book of business or network with providers, payers, or hospital systems
  • SaaS sales experience specific to RCM software/platforms
  • Leadership and team management experience

 

Compensation Range: $60,000-$120,000

 

Commission/Variable Pay:

 

Commission is calculated at a % of the MBC revenue earned in the first 12-months by a new client generated through direct sales efforts.   Commission is paid quarterly and is uncapped.

License & Experience

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, RCM, or SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling to outpatient healthcare providers (physical therapy, chiropractic, rehab, or similar settings) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage a consultative sales cycle from lead to signed agreement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a strong sense of accountability
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 10–20%)
