Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management (40%)
- Research and build prospect lists of outpatient physical therapy clinics using AI software and online databases
• Source and verify accurate contact information through website and online research
• Maintain organized and updated lead databases within CRM systems
• Support outbound campaign preparation, segmentation, and targeting
• Track list performance and ensure clean data entry
• Assist in reporting outbound activity metrics
Paid Advertising Support (20%)
- Assist in ad campaign setup across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
• Upload creative assets and input targeting parameters
• Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reporting summaries
• Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
• Maintain campaign documentation and performance benchmarks
Social Media & Content Execution (30%)
- Schedule social media posts on a weekly content calendar
• Create video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines
• Edit and repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
• Upload and publish content across platforms
• Assist with formatting and distributing monthly newsletters
• Coordinate basic graphic design needs in Canva
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Event & Vendor Coordination (10%)
- Organize conference materials and manage shipping logistics
• Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional assets, and swag
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, shipping, and event needs
• Support internal tracking of event timelines and deliverables
